2019-2020 Instructional Job Fair

FCPS wants you to be a part of our team!  We are searching for educators with a strong academic background and a passion to make a difference. To meet hiring needs in instructional areas, we are hosting a job fair on April 27, 2019, during which networking and interviewing opportunities with representatives from various FCPS schools will be available. 

FCPS Students Advance to State History Day Competition

FCPS students won top honors in nine categories at the 2019 Virginia District 5 History Day Competition; first and second place winners will compete at the Virginia State History Day Competition on April 27.

Chantilly Academy to Offer Two Summer Camps

Chantilly Academy will offer two summer camps for students in grades 7-12 and grades 4-7. The CyberPatriot Summer Cyber Camp is scheduled for June 24-28, and the Girls in STEM Camp is set for August 5-9.

Fairfax County Public Schools Statement on Seclusion and Restraint

Special education advocates, concerned parents, and community members have raised concerns in light of recent media reports regarding FCPS’s seclusion and restraint procedures and documentation requirements. The Fairfax County School Board and Superintendent Scott S. Brabrand take these concerns seriously and, in response, have commenced a complete and thorough evaluation and review.
