Information for FCPS Vendors
Fairfax County Public Schools is one of only 17 school districts in the United States and Canada to receive the award. This annual program recognizes procurement organizations that embrace Innovation, Professionalism, Productivity, Leadership and e-Procurement.
All vendors interested in doing business with FCPS and with the Fairfax County Government should register with eVA, the Commonwealth of Virginia’s electronic procurement portal. In addition, vendors can register to attend Fairfax County Government workshops and Bonfire, an electronic e-bidding portal.
An understanding of FCPS procurement requirements and business practices helps us establish solid partnerships with our vendor community. Vendors can also register to attend our periodic workshop, Selling to FCPS. The workshop includes information on how to do business with us, procurement law, purchasing authority, and methods of procurement.
