The renovation with additions at Armstrong Elementary School will provide modern amenities and add approximately 17,000 square feet to the building. The project was identified according to the Renovation Queue, approved in 2009. Armstrong ES is ranked 49 of 63 schools in the queue. Planning and Design was funded by the 2021 bond, with construction expected to be funded by the 2023 bond.
