Onboarding - Helpful Information
Optimizing Your Onboarding Experience
Optimize Your Onboard Experience
The system will time out after 10 minutes. If you are timed out you’ll be able to log back in to continue with your Onboarding process.
It’s best to log off if you plan to leave your computer for a length of time. You will want to make sure your browser zoom is set to 100% or less.
Complete Your Hire
You will complete activities and documents in the portal to provide information needed to add you as an employee.
Completing Your Documents
- Onboarding is designed to have you answer questions in the various tasks, which will then automatically fill in the form for you.
Submitting Your Forms
- You won’t need to type anything in those forms; we’ve recorded your answers as you went along. The forms will be submitted electronically once you have completed Onboarding.
- Remember, you may log out of the system at any time and come right back to where you were. Once you have saved an item, you may not change it. Be sure to be confident of your changes before you click the save button.
- You’ll take a break from Onboarding after you’ve submitted your I-9 information. Before you can continue, you must come to our offices to show us your employment eligibility documents, have your fingerprints taken, and be photographed for your ID badge. You’ll get an e-mail with more information when you reach that step.
How & Where to Find Help

Continuing With Onboarding
After completing the Employment Eligibility and Fingerprinting process, you’ll receive an e-mail to log back into this site to finish the rest of your new hire paperwork.
