FCPS is actively recruiting qualified tutors to provide in-person academic support to small groups of students at schools that are being identified to have the greatest need. This tutoring program is intended to be high impact: relational, consistent, and targeted to each student. 

Tutors in this program will be paid an hourly rate of $48.58. The position is flexible, and the number of hours worked and location will be based on the tutor’s availability and qualifications, as well as the needs presented by FCPS.
