The Fairfax County School Board will hear public comment on ESSER IIII in-person instruction and continuity of services plan on Thursday, April 27, 2023, beginning at 6 p.m. in the auditorium of Luther Jackson Middle School.  Registration for 25 speakers will open at 6 a.m. on Thursday, April 13, 2023.  Registered speakers will have two minutes to address the Board regarding ESSER III.

Purpose of the public hearing is to receive feedback on FCPS’ efforts during the 2022-23 school year:

• To ensure continuity of learning services and to address student’s academic needs
• To maintain health and safety of students, educators, and other staff
• To address the wellness needs of students to include their social, emotional, mental health, and other needs

The speaker list will open on Thursday, April 13, 2023.
