Fairfax County Public Schools has partnered with the Fairfax County Redevelopment & Housing Authority and the Fairfax County Department of Housing & Community Development to offer a unique housing program.

Through the Magnet Housing Program, rental housing units are available at a significant discount to all new FCPS teachers and bus drivers whose income is below the maximum limits. The units are offered by competitive application and require pre-application.
