Looking to get back into her career, Brittany Hooper looked for an occupation that fit her and her family's schedule. She also needed something where if she moved due to her husband's military career she would be able to be marketable in her new location. She kept coming back to teaching and loved her choice.

She discovered the FCPS Teacher Residency program at her children's school and decided to take the leap and become a teacher.
