  • Percent of teachers, literacy leaders, and principals who participated in professional learning for evidence-based literacy and assessment practices
  • Percent of teachers, literacy leaders, and principals who report implementation of core literacy instruction on evidence-based literacy curriculum for the entire literacy block. 
  • School Based Leaders (e.g., School Based Administrators, Literacy Leaders) participate in professional development on Evidence Based Literacy Practices and Science Based Reading Research.
