Open to all Fairfax County students who need immunizations regardless of if they have had vaccines in the past, new to the country, or those that just need a follow up to be up to date.

Summary of New Vaccination Requirements by Grade

Grade Vaccination Requirement
If your child is in Kindergarten, Grade 1 or Grade 2, Two doses of Hepatitis A vaccine are required.
If your child is in Grade 7, 8 or 9, One dose of Meningococcal Conjugate vaccine administered at age 10 years or older is required.
If your child is in Grade 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 or 12, One dose of Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis (Tdap) vaccine administered at age 11 years or older is required.
If your child is in Grade 12, One dose of Meningococcal Conjugate vaccine administered at age 16 years or older is required.
