Open to all Fairfax County students who need immunizations regardless of if they have had vaccines in the past, new to the country, or those that just need a follow up to be up to date.

| Grade | Vaccination Requirement |

| If your child is in Kindergarten, Grade 1 or Grade 2, | Two doses of Hepatitis A vaccine are required. |
| If your child is in Grade 7, 8 or 9, | One dose of Meningococcal Conjugate vaccine administered at age 10 years or older is required. |
| If your child is in Grade 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 or 12, | One dose of Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis (Tdap) vaccine administered at age 11 years or older is required. |
| If your child is in Grade 12, | One dose of Meningococcal Conjugate vaccine administered at age 16 years or older is required. |
