Student assessment is a part of the teaching and learning cycle. Assessments provide information about a child's development of knowledge and skills that can help parents and teachers better plan for next steps in instruction.
Each grade level has certain tests that are required for students. Schools inform parents and guardians before these assessments take place, and results are shared with families after testing concludes.
