Technology Support Desk (TSD)

The Technology Support Desk is the single point of contact for the FCPS Department of Information Technology.  The TSD hosts the Tech Support Portal for self-support as well as desk-side support. 

If you cannot locate the information you need using the self-support features (help articles button), staff are encouraged to submit a request for tech support using either the submit a ticket or service request buttons.  

The Technology Support Desk is also open to assist employees via phone from 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (except 12-month employee holidays).

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

• FCPS uses Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to protect some applications and systems. Learn about MFA.

Account Management

• Utilize our FCPS Staff Identity Self Service portal to agree to the Acceptable Use Policies and Change your Network Password (annually)
• Setup your account recovery options, by completing the steps to add both a personal phone and personal email address to your network profile should you need to request your own password recovery during non-business hours
   

MyPDE 

• MyPDE is a comprehensive solution for professional development and employee performance evaluations for FCPS. It is the central repository for FCPS professional development and training, which includes a library of custom developed courses, as well as thousands of industry leading courses and resources provided by Skillsoft. The system provides a structure for a fully online process for all employee performance evaluations, which may include goal setting, self-assessment, and both mid-year and summative assessments.

Teaching Materials Production Center (TMPC)

• The Teaching Materials Production Center (TMPC) is an educator-friendly office that can assist teachers in creating materials for their classrooms, workshops, or presentations. The TMPC offers printing services, multimedia projects, and customizable promotional materials.
