11/16: UConnect Technical Issues ResolvedEarlier this morning, we experienced technical difficulties with UConnect. These issues have been resolved, and you are able to log in to UConnect now. If you receive an error when doing so, please restart your computer and try again.
UConnect is an online gateway to your human resources and payroll information. Log in with the same username and password you use to log in to your Outlook FCPS e-mail and other systems.
The UConnect logon page has a new look and logon requirements. UConnect is only available to users when connected to the FCPS network or through VPN. If you do not have the VPN client you can open https://uconnect.fcps.edu to find directions and the VPN application.
Don’t know your username and/or password?
Contact your local school-based technology specialist (SBTS) or technology support specialist (TSSpec). You can also call the IT Service Desk at 703-503-1600, M-F 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (excluding holidays).
Have received your new username and password, but haven’t changed your password yet?
Prior to logging in to UConnect you must change the default password FCPS provided you.
UConnect is compatible with most internet browsers; however, employees using Microsoft Edge may experience difficulty. If you experience technical issues, please log-in with a different browser.
