The Office of HR Business Services reviews and ensures competitive and equitable salary and classification plans while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to the processing of new employees. We also process all transactions regarding employee movement within the organization, provide financial oversight for department operations, retain official personnel records of employees, train employees regarding compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and provide divisionwide training and support for time and attendance processing.
The Office of Payroll Management works conjointly with the Office of Business Services and provides additional resources.
