These special events are opportunities for families, students, employees, and community members to talk with Dr. Reid and each other about our schools and our future.
All speakers at School Board Regular Meetings must acknowledge that they have read and understand these expectations for those taking part in community participation.
Early Online College is a collaboration with FCPS and Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA) that offers high school juniors and seniors the opportunity to take up to two college courses per semester online. There is no cost to students.
Bilingual community liaisons support families during the student registration process. They also help determine if parents have needs beyond registering their child for school.

The Community Services Board (CSB) plans, arranges and helps people who live in Fairfax County, and Fairfax and Falls Church cities who have a mental illness, substance abuse, and/or developmental disabilities.
The School Board provides oversight of Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) through regular engagement with Division Leadership and through these superintendent evaluation, executive limitations, and strategic plan goal reporting.
The superintendent has scheduled an in-person meeting from 5-6 p.m. on Thursday, September 22, 2022 at Glasgow Middle School. A virtual meeting will be scheduled at a later date for those who are unable to attend.
