Colors and Mascots
The school mascot is the roadrunner, and the school colors are blue and white.
Middle and High School Feeder Information
Lorton Station will be a split feeder school. Students moving to seventh grade will attend either South County Secondary or Hayfield Secondary Please use the school system's boundary link to identify your child's middle school. School Boundary Information Link.
Students in the Lorton Station Gifted and Talented Center will have Lake Braddock Secondary as the location for the middle school Gifted and Talented Center.
PTA Information
The Lorton Station Elementary School Parent Teacher Association was officially formed through the approved process on June 17, 2003. Meeting dates will be posted on the Calendar of Events.

Please call to make an appointment for registration of new students.

Kindergarten
Lorton Station offers full day Kindergarten.
Kindergarten Registration Information
If your child will be five years old by September 30, 2006, it is time to register your child for kindergarten at Lorton Station Elementary. To receive information about registration, please call the school office and provide your name and address so information can be sent to you. If you have any questions please call the office (571-642-6000) from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
