  • Kiss & Ride will be located on the STADIUM side both mornings and afternoons this school year. Please click this link to see a map. It is critical that drop offs happen in the designated zone and not just at the spot closest to the door. To assist with the flow of traffic it will be right turn only out of this lot during peak hours in the monring and afternoon. Students attending TJHSST will be picked up at Hughes MS in the morning and dropped off at South Lakes HS, door #1 in the afternoon.

  • SLHS Block Party 2014 is Friday, Aug 29th (4:00 - 6:30 pm) leading up to the Varsity Football game! Varisty football game begins at 7:30p.m. Admission is $5.

  • Mark your calendars: First day of School is Tuesday, September 2nd and it will be a BLUE day. Back to School Night is Thursday, October 2nd.

  • Parking Pass Update: Seniors who met all qualifications to get a parking pass will be notified Wednesday by 6pm. If you do not receive a phone call, then you did not meet the criteria for a parking pass. Juniors who met all qualifications to get a parking pass will be notified Thursday by 6pm. If you do not receive a phone call, then you did not meet the criteria for a parking pass. PICK-UP DATE is Aug. 29th, from 4pm-7pm - for students who received PHONE CALLS ONLY – Stadium Side. Your specific parking spot number will be pre-determined by Head of Security.

  • Green Driver’s Ed Card Info.-Those students needing to obtain their green card after completing driver’s education class must e-mail Coach Duggan amduggan@fcps.edu over the summer to get your card. You must e-mail him your name, D.O.B and grade/year you completed your driver’s education class. He will coordinate a day and time for you to pick up your card in the main office. If this is a replacement card there is a $5.00 fee.
