Sangster's bell schedule will have a 10 minute earlier start and dismissal time.
Start time: 9:00 AM
Dismissal: 3:55 PM
Student registration for the 2016-2017 school year is now open for all new students.

Tdap Information for rising 6th grade students
Virginia law requires that all students entering sixth-grade have a tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis (Tdap) booster immunization prior to entry into school.
Parents of current fifth-graders should review their children's immunization records to determine if the student needs to get the Tdap immunization. The Tdap booster can be obtained from your child’s physician.
Immunizations required for school are also available at the Fairfax County Health Department.
Documentation that your student has received this immunization should be brought to the school

Do you have a flyer to send home with our students?
As outlined by FCPS Regulation 1367.2, school principals shall offer options to nonprofit organizations that want to make their materials available to students and parents. At Sangster during the 2016-17 school year, non-profit organizations will be permitted to send home flyers in the take home folder two times during the year. The dates for the 2016-17 school year are September 29rd and March 16th. These fliers must be related to the schools' educational mission and be age-appropriate. Community organizations must submit their materials in advance to the school's principal and must include the disclaimer "These materials are neither sponsored nor endorsed by the Fairfax County School Board, the Superintendent, or this School". Once approved, the organization will be required to make the copies necessary for distribution. These copies should be made available to the office at least two days before distribution date.
