Girls on the Run (GOTR)
at Glen Forest this Spring!
This exciting program uses the power of running to prepare girls in grades 3-5 for a lifetime of self-respect and healthy living. Lace up your running shoes girls and train to run a 5K with your friends on May 20, 2012 at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA.
Practices are led by GOTR NOVA trained coaches/volunteers (Mrs. Alonso and Ms. Wright) and will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00pm-5:00pm here at the school. Check out their web site www.gotrnova.orgfor registration and fee information.
