Annandale Terrace Students Visit with the Federal Secretary of Education Duncan and other members of President Obama's Cabinet!
Secretary Arne Duncan met and read to Annandale Terrace Elementary students, kicking off a reading campaign — “Read to the Top!” — with the children’s classic books “Clifford the Big Red Dog” and “Where the Wild Things Are.” The Secretary read to our students on the plaza of the Education Department's building in downtown Washington, D.C.
Annandale Terrace students also saw other national monuments, spending the school day in Washington. |
