Administrative Services is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the departments, the Chief Operating Officer, and the Chief of Facilities Services and Capital Programs by overseeing the community use of FCPS facilities, supporting departmental technology requirements, and providing departmental financial, budgeting, and contract management coordination.
