weCare@school

Fairfax County Public Schools is committed to ensuring that the climate in all FCPS facilities is safe and secure. In support of this goal, FCPS provides weCare@school (weCare), an emergency care information system, available to FCPS parents and guardians who have registered for their own FCPS 24-7 Learning account. weCare@school helps manage emergency medical information by enabling parents to enter and update their children’s medical data at their convenience.

Information on how to access FCPS 24-7 can be found at this link:  FCPS 24-7:Parent View.  Also helpdesk support is accessible by phone at 1-866-434-8880.  It is important to note that within account registration process parents must first validate their identity in person at their children’s school or schools, before any data can be entered.  Once the validation is complete, parents can log on to FCPS 24-7 Learning and update their children’s medical information, contact information, and physician information at their convenience.

Additionally weCare provides first responders in schools with access to emergency information via wireless devices. To learn more, watch this video clip.
