An addition is being constructed at West Potomac High School to accommodate increasing enrollment. The building has a program capacity utilization percentage of 119 percent in SY 2021-22, indicating a substantial capacity deficit. The completed project will provide approximately 71,000 SF and and includes science classrooms and a cafeteria. The project is in the construction phase, which was funded by the 2019 bond. Planning and design phase was funded by the 2017 bond.
