Coordination

The Title IX Office is responsible for the divisionwide responses to reports of Sexual Harassment affecting students so every reported incident is fully addressed and resolved.

Policies and Procedures

The Title IX Office is responsible for leading investigations for the most serious or complex reports of sexual harassment by students.

Compliance and Training

FCPS employees responding to Title IX complaints are required to have specialized training on how to effectively respond to complaints based on their role in the complaint process
