This class explores the innate power and abilities already within you. We will look at opportunities that come our way and the common reasons we get stuck in beliefs about what we are capable of that are simply no longer valid. Using the tried and proven DreamBuilder process, we will explore the possibilities for your life. You will the learn tools for creating a life you design whenever change comes your way.

Retirement Planning for Federal Employees

This course will help federal employees plan and understand decisions that need to be made before leaving federal service. We will review your benefits, including pensions, the Annuity Supplement, Voluntary Contributions, TSP, FLTC, FEGLI, and Medicare and Social Security benefits. We will discuss ROTH vs Traditional TSP investing, distribution options, the pros and cons of keeping a mortgage, and smart income tax planning and management. Taught by a Certified Financial Planner who regularly teaches retirement planning in various federal agencies.
