Refund Information for Summer Learning Opportunities
Due to building closures Tech Adventure Camp, E-IFTA, IFTA and Summer CTE courses are cancelled. We are working to process refunds for all cancelled courses. Due to the large volume of refunds we anticipate that all refunds will be processed within the next 3 to 4 weeks.
Online Campus course tuition has been reduced to $375 for this summer to:
- Address the impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on the community.
- Support student learning throughout the summer months.
If you have already registered for an Online Campus course for this summer, you will receive a refund for the difference in cost in approximately three to four weeks.
We apologize for the delay and we appreciate your patience.
Refunds due to Withdrawing
Refund requests must be submitted online by the program’s refund deadline. To request a refund, visit the ACE website and click Request Refund. No late requests will be considered.
Credit card payments minus a withdrawal fee will be refunded to the credit card account. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing. The time to process a credit card refund varies by banks/financial institutions. Other refunds will be made by check and may take up to 4 weeks to process.
Note: To request a refund online, the participating student(s) must be added to the ACE online parent or guardian account.
To add students to the parent or guardian account:
- Log into your ACE online account.
- Click the My Profile button.
- Click Edit Profile.
- Click Add Student.
- Enter the student’s information.
- Click Save and Continue.
Refunds can then be requested by clicking Request Refund.
Refund cut-off dates may change if program dates are altered.
