Financial Management of Music Programs and Fund Raising
Support for Booster Clubs
FCPS recognizes the contribution and support, which its athletics, extracurricular activities and educational programs receive from parents and members of the community through booster organizations. This page provides guidance and resources for the Booster Treasurers, Treasurer Assistants and the School Finance Technicians in the Collection and Disbursement of Student Fees for the Music program.
Financial Management of Music Programs
- Parents involved in band boosters organizations are required by FCPS regulations to record funds collected and disbursed throughout the year. These documents will help boosters adhere to the regulations and keep funds arranged, easing reporting requirements.
