Justice High School Teacher Charged

News Release
January 22, 2020

The following message was sent to Justice High School parents:

Dear Justice High School Community;

I am dismayed to inform you that Justice instructor Philip Spivey has been arrested today and charged with four counts of indecent liberties by a custodian.

Justice staff were notified of allegations of improper behavior earlier this month and police were notified. An investigation began immediately. It is important to know that the accused has not been in school since January 8 and was on leave when the allegations were made against him.

There is no greater responsibility than the safety and well-being of our students. We responded quickly and have worked cooperatively with police throughout their investigation.

Police have released the following information: https://fcpdnews.wordpress.com/2020/01/22/fcps-teacher-arrested-for-ind….

Thank you for your understanding and support.
