Fairfax HS Establishes Food Pantry
Fairfax High has established a food pantry—A Place to Eat @ Fairfax—the result of a partnership between the school, A Place to Stand, BritePaths, and Food for Others. Beginning January 16, the pantry will be open on Thursdays from 2:55 to 4:30 p.m. Students can select non-perishable food at no cost when food is not consistently available at home. Personal care and household items are also available. For information about A Place to Eat @ Fairfax, to make a donation, or learn more, contact Ashley Curl, Fairfax High social worker, at email@example.com or Katy Malesky with a Place to Stand at firstname.lastname@example.org.
