Coronavirus Update – Mental Health and Community Resources during school closure


Concern over the new virus can make children and families anxious.  While there is uncertainty about the spread of the disease in the US, acknowledging the level of concern in any family member is appropriate.  The resources below will help you help children cope with anxiety by providing accurate prevention information and facts without causing undue alarm.

When schools are in session, each school has a school counselor, psychologist, and social worker available to provide consultation, mental health services, and/or referrals to community services.  While schools are closed, please use the resources below to secure mental health service for you or your child(ren).
