Wearing a mask for a child can be confusing/scary. Caregivers modeling wearing them can help ease their anxiety. And make it fun for them (i.e reward, fun fabric, etc). The

@CDCgov  doesn’t  recommend kids under 2 to wear a mask. #safe #positivereinforcement @fcpsnews

An Exciting Virtual Choir Opportunity for Our Chorus Singers

 As schools across the nation transitioned to a distance learning platform, choir directors began to explore new ways for students to sing together.  One of the first such explorations was the SLHS Advanced Choirs Virtual Choir: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kycm5p39BdY

The elementary, middle and high school choir directors in the SLHS Pyramid are excited to announce that all pyramid choir singers are invited to participate in the first SLHS Pyramid Virtual Choir!  We will sing Give us Hope by renowned choral composer, Jim Papoulis.

All recordings are due no later than June 3rd.

Please let us know if you have any questions!  We hope to "see" and hear you in the Virtual Choir!
