Universal Screener Results

Get information on your child's universal screener performance

Most Fairfax County Public Schools students take the online universal screener assessment for reading and mathematics. This assessment is used to fulfill certain state testing requirements and local School Board expectations. Based on their universal screener scores, some students are identified for additional diagnostic assessments  to determine specific areas where they may need academic support.

Universal screener and additional diagnostic assessment results are generally available within a few weeks after the test was taken. The resources below are intended to assist parents and guardians in talking with school staff about their children's results.
