Wellness activities support health program cost reductions through positive employee engagement programming. The Disability and Leaves Section oversees the Integrated Disability Management program, which includes short-term and long-term disability, workers’ compensation, and leaves of absence, including Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) entitlements.
