The Office of Salary Services reviews and ensures competitive and equitable salary and classification plans while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to the processing of new employees. We also process all transactions regarding employee movement within the organization, provide financial oversight for department operations, and retain official personnel records of employees.
