What's New!

  • We're happy to announce that we've increased the number of counseling sessions!
With our EAP, Guidance Resources, each household member can now get up to six sessions per issue, per year. Please call our EAP line at: 1-855-355-9097 to receive a referral to a local counselor and invest in your family's health today. Watch this video to learn more about the counseling process.
  • Computerized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CCBT)
The CCBT program provides evidence-based interactive assistance with the most common issues associated with behavioral health, providing expanded virtual access to behavioral health care - whenever and wherever you need it! You can access via mobile app, tablet, or desktop. Created to support mental well-being, the program includes a library of evidence-based content grounded in science to help deal with depression, stress, poor sleep, worry and anxious thoughts, low self-esteem and more. Register today on the Guidance Resources website (Organization Web ID: FCPS) and click on the first tile "Digital Self-Care Tools" after you sign into the website.
