Confirmation of Benefit Elections

Retirees who requested a change to their medical and/or dental benefits during open enrollment will be mailed a confirmation statement in mid-December. We encourage you to carefully review this statement to ensure your elections are correct. Statements are mailed only to those retirees who requested a change. 

Remember: If you are requesting to add your spouse and/or dependent child(ren) to your medical or dental coverage, you must supply documentation demonstrating they meet FCPS eligibility criteria and are, therefore, eligible for coverage under the plans. Coverage cannot be made effective until the Office of Benefit Services receives appropriate documentation. A list of required documents is available on our website. You do not need to re-supply documents for currently enrolled dependents - only for dependents you are requesting to add to your coverage.
