About UConnect

UConnect is an online gateway to your human resources and payroll information. Log in with the same username and password you use to log in to your Outlook FCPS e-mail and other systems. 

UConnect is only available to users when connected to the FCPS network or through VPN. If you do not have the VPN client you can open the VPN Help Guide to find directions and the VPN application. 

Don't Know Your Username and/or Password?

Your username is the first part of your FCPS email address (i.e. [email protected]).

Your password will be the password you established when first setting up your FCPS Network Credentials. If you need to recover or change your password, you can do this through the FCPS Staff Identity Self Service.

If you need additional assistance, you can also call the IT Service Desk at 703-503-1600, M-F 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (excluding holidays).

The first time you log into UConnect, you may be presented with the alert pictured below – you must click OK to see the new changes. If you click Cancel by mistake, please log in again.

UConnect is compatible with most internet browsers. If you experience technical issues, please log in with a different browser.

Employees, Applicants, and Retirees

Submit questions or concerns, as well as upload forms and other documents through the FCPS StaffConnect portal. Human Resources representatives are also available for assistance Monday – Friday (8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) by calling 571-423-3000 or 1-800-831-4331.
