The office serves as a facilitator for communication, collaboration, and building of productive relationships with FCPS’ workforce. We deliver services within the parameters established through collective bargaining, as well as provide strategic advising, grievance administration, and training and support to departments in the pursuit of thoughtful outcomes that recognize the commitment, hard work, and expertise that our employees bring to FCPS every day.
