All personnel assigned to Schedule A, Schedule H, or Classroom Instructional Support (CIS) scale positions (such as technicians, maintenance, office personnel, school-based assistants, attendants, custodial and food service personnel), temporary/hourly personnel and other positions, as deemed eligible by Human Resources, are considered nonexempt under the law and are entitled to overtime pay for all hours over 40 in a workweek.
