The myStrength App Offers Support and Information to Secondary Students

Last fall, the Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board (CSB) partnered with myStrength, a leading behavioral health publisher. Their app, myStrength, is an evidence-based, multi-condition and holistic mobile tool that is interactive, safe and secure. This free interactive app provides access to mental health, physical health and self-help resources for individuals aged 13 years and older.

Interactive applications include a wide range of topics such as:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Stress
  • Substance Use
  • Vaping
  • Mindfulness
  • Balancing Emotions
  • Insomnia
  • Chronic Pain
  • Staying healthy with diabetes
  • Nutrition and exercise
  • And more…
