The Office of Procurement Services (OPS) is the central procurement office for FCPS.  The mission of OPS is to demonstrate good stewardship and best practices in the purchase of goods and services through fair competitive processes in accordance with applicable regulations; offer high quality customer service; and develop and implement innovative technological solutions to improve procurement processes and division wide services.
