1. Submit your order via e-mail or regular mail. Email completed form or list of items with sizes/colors to: burtlm@verizon.net / Mail to Maureen Burt, 9323 Convento Terrace, Fairfax, VA 22031.
   
   
2. You will be contacted when your order is available for pickup in the Student Activities Office.
   Merchandise pickup days are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
   
   
3. Payment is due when you pick up your order. Cash (exact change) or checks only. Make checks payable to WTW Boosters.
