Announcement: There will be an Winter Freshman Cheer information meeting Thursday 11/12 at 3:30 in the dance room. Interested freshman need to bring a completed VHSL Physical in order to tryout the following week. We will also have tryouts for our Cavalier mascot. Eligible students in grades 9-12 may attend for mascot information as well.

Announcement: November is National Career Month. Nurses are definitely in strong demand. The US Department of Labor predicts that an additional one million new and replacement nurses will be needed by 2016. AND the healthcare industry is one of the few industries that added jobs this year.
