Freshman & New Student Welcome!

Woodson will hold its Freshmen/New Student Welcome
Tuesday, August 26, starting at 12:30 in the main gym

Bus transportation will be provided for this event with pick-up/drop-off at our feeder elementary schools. The bus schedule is listed below.  All 9th grade students and upperclassmen new to Woodson will receive their schedules and locker assignments during counselor led information sessions. School tours, spirit events, and additional information sessions will be facilitated by our Leadership students.

CAV Kick-Off

Woodson will host our annual Cavalier Kick-Off
Tuesday, August 26, from 2:00-5:00 pm

All 10th, 11th and 12th graders may pick up their 2014-2015 class schedules**, locker assignments and their forms packet as well as enjoy music and snacks being sold by student clubs and activities. Along with these spirit events, students and parents may take advantage of this opportunity to complete some of the Woodson-specific tasks, such as purchasing P.E. uniforms, signing up for various activities, updating lunch cards, buying parking passes, and many more!

Parking Passes

Parking Passes available to students with academy Monday, August 25

Parking passes will be available to students with academy beginning Monday August 25, 2014. Please attach a copy of the schedule showing the student has an academy class in order to get the parking pass early. All other students will be able to obtain parking pass during the first week of school. There will be a two week grace period on parking to allow all students to obtain their parking passes.  After going to the listed web page and completing the application bring the confirmation page, and schedule if buying the pass early, along with a check for the proper amount to room F122.

Honors Science Students!

Woodson’s new Research Internship Science Experience, or WTW RISE, is a program which offers honors science students an alternative to the completion of a science fair project.
