Falconiforms are an order of the Aves class. They are what most consider "Birds of Prey". These bird are found all over the planet and survive in the most diverse conditions. Birds that are classified in this order are extremely strong flyers and have very keen vision. They are carnivores, meaning that they hunt for they're food. They have curved beaks and talons for tearing the flesh of their prey. Most falconiforms are active during the day and spend most of their time in the air searching for their next meal.

In the United States it is illegal to have in posession any bird of prey feathers. Native American tribes are an acception from this, because they use the feathers for their religous ceremonies. These people can create beautiful feather head-dresses and dream catchers from the feathers.
