WEIGHT CONTROL PROGRAM We appreciate your cooperation and assistance in providing an opportunity for Virginia's student-athletes to participate in the great sport of wrestling. It is essential that all certified measurers be competent in completing the body fat measuring process in a way that is consistent and accurate. ALL VHSL Certified Measurers must complete an UPDATE to continue as a VHSL Certified Measurer for the 2004-05 season. You can complete the UPDATE requirement one of two ways. 1. Complete the ONLINE TUTORIAL. This should take less than 20 minutes. Upon completion of the tutorial and successful submission of the form at the end of the tutorial, a new CD-ROM will be sent to you via USPS mail. OR 2. Attend a VHSL WCP Certified Measurer Workshop.
