Virginia High School League WEIGHT CONTROL PROGRAM 2009-10 Please verify that your school has an Excel file on record with the VHSL. If the space next to your school is blank, please send the file (attach file to an email) to wrestlingwcp@vhsl.org as soon as possible. Please note that the electronic file (Excel spreadsheet) is to be attached to an email and sent to wrestlingwcp@vhsl.org for record.Thank you. This list indicates the current status of the Coach Official Team Reports. "On file" means the file has been received and the school is in compliance. A blank in the right column means no file has been received this year for that school. The W-3 form (principal verification) is NOT the same thing. The W-3 form must be completed in January and faxed to the VHSL at 434-977-5943. School Schools in red reported no COTR for the 2008-09 school year. Team Report tracking will resume on December 15, 2009. Files may (should) be uploaded as soon as they are completed (after November 3, 2009) and resubmitted when any changes are made.
