When making initial contact with Preschool Child Find, you will need to provide some information about your program including:

• Name of preschool
• Address and phone number
• Director's name
• Program Type (i.e. preschool, day care, Mother's Morning Out, etc.)
• Number of children served
• Ages of children served
• Hours of operation
• Subsides, scholarships, financial aid provided
