• Go
to Utility - Edit Symbol Library
• Click
on New Library.
• Type
the name of your new library. This is now
the category name.
• Click
OK- OK to get back to Inspiration window.
• Change
your Symbol Palette (Clip Art) to “Your
new Category Name” It should be located
at the very bottom.
Two
options available:
1).
If you want to develop a library with pictures
within Inspiration:
• Open
Utility - Edit Symbol Libraries again.
• You
can now move clip art pictures from the right
column to your new category on the left by
clicking on the picture and dragging.
2.)
If you want to develop a new library with
Internet pictures and scrapbook pictures:
• Open
your Internet Browser (Netscape) and find
a graphic you would like to copy. Hold down
your mouse on top of the picture until you
see a window appear. Look for "Copy
this Image." Let up on your mouse.
• Now
toggle back to Inspiration. Click to activate
one of main ideas so the handles are activated.
• Go
to Edit - Paste. Your graphic now appears
on the screen within the bubble.
• Now
go to Utility - Install User Symbol.
• Your
picture now is installed in your new category.
