How to Export Diagrams or Outlines
to PowerPoint for a
Multimedia Presentation

 

  • Create diagram or outline in Inspiration.
  • Go to File- Export.
  • When bringing in the diagram to another program, you have the top options available. For Mac's, chose MacPic File and save to the desktop.
    For Windows, chose GIF and save to the desktop.
  • When bringing in an Outline, you have the bottom options available. For Mac and Windows, chose Microsoft PowerPoint RTF to bring into a multimedia presentation. Save to your desktop. You must have access to PowerPoint on your computer.
  • Now open the Word Processor to bring insert the diagram from the desktop.
  • To insert the outline, open Word. Go to File- Open and open the saved document from your desktop. Then go to File - Send to PowerPoint.
